EnvironOxide™ has a high adsorption capacity and has been found effective in the removal of
Cd 2+ , Cu 2+ , Zn 2+ , AsO 4 3- , PO 4 3- , and SeO 4 2- . EnvironOxide™ is also used as a component in a Pb
remediation mixture that is currently being assessed by the US DOD.

The adsorption capacity of iron oxide and mine drainage solids varies. IOR's EnvironOxide™ Sorbents are produced from solids with the highest measured adsorption capacities.
